About Dr. Pamela Weitzel

Dr. Weitzel has been Contoocook's dentist since 1988 when she and her family settled in the town. Her decision to open a small town dental practice had its origin in the practice of her own childhood dentist, who cared for patients in his home office. The memories of that early, personalized and comforting atmosphere prompted Dr. Weitzel to incorporate those qualities into her own practice.
Dr. Weitzel received her bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College with majors in both biology and history. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh's School of Dental Medicine, where she received the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Dr. Weitzel believes that patient education is the key to oral health. She develops a partnership with each patient that is focused on ensuring a complete understanding of the patient's oral healthcare needs. Dr. Weitzel believes that the dental experience should be a positive one. The doctor and her staff make every effort to ensure that patients are comfortable. Dr. Weitzel holds active membership in the following organizations: American Dental Association and its New Hampshire Dental Society and Concord Dental Society components and the New England Dental Society.
